1. What is a Panorama Motorized Power Screen?
Panorama Motorized Power Screens are great for those wide openings where the StowAway Retractable Screen door just won’t work such as a Garage Door, Patio Enclosure or an Extra Large Slider. The Panorama system is commonly used and installed to act as a sun shade on various applications while still giving you that clear view. Panorama Screens consist of a horizontal housing unit ran along the top and vertical tracks (rails) on the left and right of the opening. The side tracks are optional. We can install the Panorama Motorized Power screen without side tracks or we can use a wire guide system instead of tracks. Simply, with the push of a button; the screen rolls down to the floor or back up into the housing.

2. How is the Panorama Motorized Screen different than the competition?
The difference is the quality, craftsmanship and the fact that not only is it the only Motorized Power Screen made in the U.S.A. but it is also the only screen on the market that is zipped up on in the side tracks to make it 100% bug proof.

3. What size door, window or opening will a system like this accommodate?
The 6" housing canister (5.652"D x 6.073"H) can span up to 20’ in width and 11’ in height. The vertical railing system is 2.203"W x 1.625”D. The weight bar is 2.750”H x .880"D. There is no opening too big. Is your opening bigger than this, no problem we always have the solution for you!

4. How difficult is it to install a Panorama Motorized Power Screen?
The installation of a Panorama Wide Format Screen must be done by a certified, licensed, bonded and insured installer. The installation of a Power Screen typically takes 2 hours with 2 installers.

5. Are custom powder coated colors available?
All extruded aluminum components on the Panorama Power Screens are powder coated or anodized using one of our 18 standard colors. Remote Control Power Screens are available in over 210 Custom Powder Coated Tiger Drylac RAL colors as well as 19 Powder Coated Wood Grain Finishes (additional charges will apply).

6. How are the Panorama Motorized Power Screens mounted?
Panorama Motorized Power Screens can be surface mounted or mounted inside the jamb of an opening on the exterior or interior of your home. A self-contained 110-volt somfy motor is factory installed on either the right or left of the unit which is determined at the time of the measure.

7. What are my screen mesh options?

• Super Screen which is available in black or white only (durable and long lasting, resists deterioration, tears and mildew).
• Noseeum which is available in black or white only (extra-fine mesh provides protection from smaller insects called no-see-ums).
• 80% Twitchell solar block fabric is available in Beige, Black, Brown, Desert Sand, Gray or White.
• 90% Twitchell solar block fabric is available in Beige, Black, Brown, Desert Sand, Gray or White.
• Clear Vinyl is available which will allow for that clear view while preventing the elements from coming in
• 100% Privacy material and Sunbrella Fabric is available which will block out 100% of the sun’s rays.

8. What about pets, animals or kids…does a screen like this keep them in or out?
The Panorama Motorized Power Screen has been installed numerous times to keep ones pets or animals inside or outside. The zipper system (vertical tracks/rails) creates a 100% seal on the left and right while the weight of the drop down bar makes it almost impossible for any animal to escape. It is possible though for a pet, animal or even a child to push its way through the zipper system if given reasonable force.
